I built this because I'm an idiot.
The map is tiny.london: all of Greater London as one isometric pixel-art map. The game loads its tiles live.
The buildings are 20,000 OpenStreetMap outlines with heights. tiny.london publishes its camera maths, so each outline sits on its building in the art to the pixel.
When a building falls, the game cuts that building's real pixels off the screen and sinks them into the ground.
Buildings and roads © OpenStreetMap contributors. Zones: TfL Open Data.
Police cars drive the real road network. Helicopters go where they like.
The electric fence is the real TfL Zone 1 boundary. Damage is floor area at £4,000 a square metre.
